Chicatchi Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly from Chicatchi LLC, doing business as Chicatchi, through www.chicatchi.com or another Chicatchi-authorized sales channel.

Because Chicatchi offers standard retail products, customized and printed products, digital products, SaaS subscriptions, and professional services, cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and how far the order or project has progressed.

This policy applies to United States customers only.

2. Standard Physical Product Orders

You may request cancellation of a standard, non-custom physical product order before the order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a manufacturer, fulfillment provider, or shipping carrier.

We will make a reasonable effort to honor a cancellation request received before fulfillment begins. However, because some orders move into fulfillment quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If an order can no longer be canceled, the order may still be eligible for return after delivery under the Chicatchi Return & Refund Policy.

3. Customized, Personalized, and Printed Products

Customized, personalized, printed, or made-to-order products may be canceled only before production has begun.

Once the customer has approved a proof, design, customization, or other required production information and the order has entered production, the order generally cannot be canceled because the product is being created specifically for that customer.

If Chicatchi is able to stop production before material costs or third-party production charges are incurred, Chicatchi may cancel the order and refund the eligible amount paid. Any nonrecoverable production, design, setup, or third-party costs already incurred or committed may be deducted where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or materially nonconforming customized products are handled under the Chicatchi Return & Refund Policy rather than as cancellations.

4. Food, Beverage, and Consumable Orders

A consumable-product order may be canceled before it enters fulfillment or shipment. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, the order generally cannot be canceled.

After delivery, any eligible return, replacement, or refund is governed by the Chicatchi Return & Refund Policy.

5. Digital Products

A one-time digital product order may be canceled before access, download, activation, delivery, or license credentials have been provided.

Once a digital product has been delivered, activated, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available for use, it generally cannot be canceled for a refund unless Chicatchi expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy.

6. SaaS and Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel the automatic renewal of an eligible Chicatchi SaaS or recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal charge, subject to any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription:

Stops future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for the current billing period.

Does not erase amounts already due or charges validly incurred before cancellation.

Does not affect any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

Unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise, access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.

To cancel, use the cancellation option provided in your Chicatchi account or subscription interface, if available, or contact Chicatchi using the methods listed in Section 11 below. Chicatchi will not require a customer to continue a recurring subscription after a valid cancellation request has become effective.

7. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

If Chicatchi offers a free trial or promotional subscription period, the applicable offer will disclose the material billing and cancellation terms before enrollment.

If the offer automatically converts to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the stated conversion or renewal deadline to avoid the applicable recurring charge.

Any product-specific trial or promotional terms presented at signup control if they differ from this general policy.

8. Custom SaaS, Website, Design, and Professional Services

Custom software development, SaaS development, website design, graphic design, implementation, configuration, consulting, and similar professional services may also be governed by a proposal, order form, statement of work, project agreement, or other written contract.

Unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise:

You may request cancellation before work begins.

Once work begins, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Deposits may become non-refundable once work begins.

Approved third-party costs, licenses, purchases, vendor commitments, and other nonrecoverable expenses already incurred or committed are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled after work begins, Chicatchi may invoice for completed work, approved out-of-scope work, and nonrecoverable third-party costs through the effective cancellation date.

If a signed proposal, statement of work, or other project agreement contains different cancellation terms, that agreement controls for the applicable project.

9. Chicatchi-Initiated Cancellation

Chicatchi may cancel an order, subscription, or service when reasonably necessary, including for product unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory restrictions, prohibited content, security concerns, inability to fulfill the requested customization, or material violation of applicable terms.

If Chicatchi cancels a paid order or service before providing the applicable product or paid service, Chicatchi will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled and undelivered portion, subject to any lawful deductions or nonrecoverable costs expressly authorized by an applicable agreement.

10. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation ends only the affected order, renewal, subscription, project, or service as applicable. It does not automatically cancel unrelated Chicatchi orders or services.

Any provisions of the Chicatchi Terms of Service, Software License Agreement, statement of work, or other agreement that by their nature should continue after cancellation or termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning amounts owed, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution where applicable.

11. How to Request Cancellation

Please provide:

Your full name.

Your order, account, project, or subscription number, if available.

The product or service you want to cancel.

A contact email address or telephone number associated with the purchase.

Chicatchi may request reasonable information to verify the account or transaction before processing a cancellation. We will not ask you to provide a full payment-card number by ordinary email or text message.

12. Cancellation Confirmation

When a cancellation request is successfully processed, Chicatchi will provide confirmation through the applicable account interface, email, or another reasonable communication method.

Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation for their records.

13. Refunds After Cancellation

A cancellation does not automatically mean that all amounts previously paid are refundable.

Any refund resulting from a cancellation is determined by this policy, the Chicatchi Return & Refund Policy, and any applicable product-specific agreement.

14. Changes to This Policy

Chicatchi may update this Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in products, subscriptions, services, fulfillment practices, or legal requirements. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.
